Our Story

The Regen Practice was founded by specialist physiotherapists Jen Pinkstone
and Rebecca Noy. Each bringing nearly 20 years of NHS clinical experience,
they have spent much of their careers leading and shaping pelvic health services across Bristol and the South-West.

Throughout our careers, we saw that effective physiotherapy is about more
than clinical expertise alone. People need time, clarity and a space that feels calm,
safe and genuinely supportive - especially when navigating the vulnerability that can come with pelvic health concerns.

The Regen Practice was created to bridge this gap. We combine gold-standard pelvic health physiotherapy with a warm, professional environment, moving away from quick fixes and jargon to focus on understanding, confidence and long-term wellbeing.

We also recognise that the most effective recoveries happen when care is connected and pelvic health care requires a 360-degree view. The Regen Practice is built on over a decade of trusted clinical relationships with Bristol’s leading Gynaecology, Urology, Colorectal, Pain and Psychology teams.  These partnerships ensure that if your recovery requires a wider medical perspective, we have the professional bridges already in place to support you.

Based in Westbury-on-Trym, our clinic is designed to feel welcoming and unhurried. Whatever your pelvic health journey, we are here to support you with expertise, compassion and care - so you never have to navigate it alone.
